How long do I have to think about your offer?
This is one of the most important decisions you may have to make and for this reason we advise you to take your time once you have received an offer. We reserve the right to embark on additional research if you make a decision to come back to us after the innovative offer was made. As long as there is adequate equity in your property, we can buy it and give you the ability to stay in it as a tenant. It does not matter if you are being threatened with repossession, we can still help. A standard sale can take up to 28 days, but if you have a tighter deadline we can finalise in a matter of days.
